Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Drippa. By creating an account or accessing any drip page, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The short version

• You own the content you create on Drippa.
• We give you the tools to publish and share that content; we don't claim any rights over it beyond what we need to host and display it.
• Don't use Drippa to harass people, infringe copyright, or distribute illegal content.
• We can suspend accounts that break the rules.
• The service is provided as-is; we'll do our best to keep it running but we're not on the hook for losses caused by outages or third-party platforms.

1. Your account

You need an account to create drips. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorised access.

2. Your content

You retain all rights to the drips, images, text, and other content you upload (“Your Content”). You grant Drippa a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, and display Your Content for the purpose of operating the service — including delivering it to visitors of your public drip pages. This licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies your audience has already downloaded.

3. What you can't do

You agree not to use Drippa to:

• Upload content you don't have rights to.
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Scrape, abuse, or interfere with our infrastructure.
• Resell or sub-license access to the service without our written permission.

4. Paid plans & credits

Some features require credits or a paid plan. Prices and what each plan includes are shown on our pricing page. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we don't store your full card details. Credits are non-refundable once spent, and unused credits don't expire unless your account is closed.

5. Suspension and termination

We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, that we reasonably believe are being used for fraud, or that we're required by law to remove. You can close your account at any time from your settings.

6. The service is provided as-is

Drippa is provided “as is”. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access, that the service will be error-free, or that any third-party platform you link out to (X, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.) will keep working the same way. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If a change is material, we'll notify account holders by email or in-app banner before it takes effect. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
